MACTRONIC Company as a manufacturer and a distributor has its own service center where products go through testing before launching and within the framework of post-sale service all products come within warranty and post-warranty service for 5 years since the moment of launching. Service is also advising customers and gives technical support in case of doubts or questions.
In order to perform a repair (warranty or post-warranty) the client must deliver the product. In case of warranty repair, if it?s approved, replaced or repaired product is provided for free. Otherwise all costs (repair, shipping) are covered by the client. If the complaint will be approved but it is not possible to repair or replace the product ? the money will be returned.

Streamlight professional products are covered by the special warranty which is provided only by some service centers in the world. In Poland and East and Central Europe service center is lead by MACTRONIC.
